My First Coconut Macaroons

Last week my sweet friend, Jen St. Jean of Itty Bitty Bag Company, shared her recipe for Coconut Macaroons.  And that was terrific luck for me because I had just volunteered to take a batch to our family's Passover Seder held at my Brother & Sister-in-law's house. I thought I'd show you the final results and give you a chance to take a look at Jen's second blog, Itty Bitty Cookbook.  Thanks, Jen!
